Celebrate in style at Suds N Cinema! Sponsor a private screening for your guests for a low, non-refundable deposit of $100. Your booking includes 3 hours of exclusive theater rental for your guests, with dedicated staff, and your choice of movie, with full setup and clean-up included in your time. (Extra hours can be added at $100 per hour, which can be added to your F&B minimum). How the F&B minimum works: The Deposit: Secure your date with a $100 deposit, which is applied directly toward the event's Food & Beverage (F&B) minimum. The Invitation: Invite your people, but MAKE SURE you do not put the actual movie choice on social media. We cannot market private movies via social media,. You CAN market it through print or email. The Minimum: Sponsored screenings where guests purchase their own food and drink require a modest food and beverage minimum of $300 for daytime events and $700 for evening events. For example: If you have 10 guests, the F&B minimum = $30 per person ($300 total). If you have 30 guests, the F&B minimum = $10 per person ($300 total). Host F&B Coverage: As the host, you only cover whatever portion of the F&B minimum your guests' orders don't meet. The absolute most you will ever be out of pocket is $400 for daytime events and $800 for evening events. Most often, guests more than cover the F&B minimum.
